Drone UAV Inspection Services Maryland
UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Drone Inspection Services Maryland
Showalter Property Consultants is credentialed and licensed by the FAA to fly drones commercially and to offer UAV services, including structural and roof Inspections. We utilize state-of-the-art drone and UAV equipment. We can provide high-quality still photos or HD or 4K video.
Using a drone or UAV can save time, money, and other resources and is safer than having workers access areas that may be too steep or high for access.
We can safely access and inspect chimneys, roofs, exterior siding, windows, and other elevated surfaces from the ground.
We utilize state-of-the-art drone and UAV equipment, including DJI thermal imaging drones.
- DJI Matrice 4T Thermal Drone
- DJI Mavic Pro 3
With a trained drone pilot experienced in buildings, we can help locate and identify leaks in roof membranes and coverings, as well as in the building envelope and façade. Thermal imaging cameras, or infrared imaging, use specialized cameras to make still images and videos of the differing amounts of thermal energy being emitted or reflected from a surface. We will mark the areas when permissible and issue a written report with the photos for later reference.
